The vision is to further enhance the reputation of the Red Ant brand by offering a further menu of service options to clients, potential clients and new clients. There is also an opportunity to develop skilled and rounded staff and operatives intrinsically and extrinsically motivated also the progression to gain employment with our partnership Companies , but to also deliver high quality training packages that professionalise local security operatives, private businesses and public sector organisations.

The 2 Directors bring a varied wealth of experience in Training, Security and Law enforcement. This means we have a very healthy skills mix that allows us to deliver a high quality service of training.

Michael has 15 years of teaching and training experience covering a wide spectrum of Education from Youth & Community Work to Apprenticeships both Security and Event Safety and Further Education, at Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ colleges also an Qualified AIG & Mentor, Assessor with awards specialising in E&D, Arts, MH, SEN/EBD practice, counselling and employability skills. Young people and Challenging behaviour a passion for which has written frequently for both UK Youth ‘The Source’ and NIACE 1in 4 programme.
